There has been lots going on here lately, which might explain my delay in posting.  It seems we have been celebrating and rejoicing in the honouring of many milestones.  My dear sweet husband and I celebrated a decade of marriage together (can you believe 10 years!).  He still looks young and vibrant and I am thankful for him everyday.  He gave a wonderful heartfelt speech to all our friends and family about how important they are to us both.  From our heart to yours we are grateful for their presence in our lives.  We also marvelled at all the new little lives that have been brought into the world by our friends and family since our wedding day.  A special sense of love in seeing all their beautiful joyous little faces.

 Another milestone here is what is changing for our darlings.  Both started school this year and in different ways it is all totally new for them.  This transition has been emotional, more for momma than anyone else.  Although, they have each expressed how this has affected them in their own way.  It is very hard as a momma to let go and see them make their more independent way in the world, to not know what is happening with them and for them, all the time.  My beautiful darlings, for them I am so thankful, they are the sunshine and rainbows in my life.  These pictures capture them at a local fair, enjoying the 'big girl' rides with much jubulence and pleasure.  Only last year they needed mom, dad or grandparents to go on the rides, this year, they decide which rides to go on amongst their friends and off they go...without us!
